The corporate event package is customized for corporate meetings, conferences, and similar events. This package would ideally be used for events that include presentations and guest speakers. Pre-event preparation: Upon reservation of this package, a SoundSource booking agent from our Corporate Partnership Department is assigned to your event. A meeting is immediately scheduled for the corporation's on-site contact person to meet with SoundSource's assigned sound and video technician. If needed, the meeting is scheduled on-site at the event facility. On-site event preparation: On either the evening before or the day of the event, SoundSource's sound & video crew arrives at the facility for 2-3 hours of equipment setup. Throughout the event, SoundSource's assigned event technician and event assistant works with your corporation to create a successful meeting or conference.

The corporate event package is customized for corporate meetings, conferences, and similar events where sound & video production is needed, plus an event photographer. This package would ideally be used for events that include presentations and guest speakers. An event photographer works with your corporation to document and photograph all aspects of the event. The photos taken at the event can easily be used by your corporation's marketing department for future advertising. Pre-event preparation: Upon reservation of this package, a SoundSource booking agent from our Corporate Partnership Department is assigned to your event. A meeting is immediately scheduled for the corporation's on-site contact person to meet with SoundSource's assigned sound and video technician. If needed, the meeting is scheduled on-site at the event facility. Also, an additional meeting is scheduled for our SoundSource photographer and your on-site contact person or marketing department. On-site event preparation: On either the evening before or the day of the event, SoundSource's sound & video crew arrives at the facility for 2-3 hours of equipment setup. The SoundSource event photographer arrives 45 minutes to 1 hour early for preparation. Throughout the event, SoundSource's assigned event technician and event assistant works with your corporation to create a successful meeting or conference. Post-event followup: Your assigned photographer follows up by providing a portfolio of all of the events' photos on a CD for your corporation's usage.
